Frequently Asked Questions
Will my pet feel pain?
Our process always includes gentle sedation first, so your pet is relaxed, drowsy and comfortable before the final injection. Most pets simply drift off to sleep in a familiar spot.
How long does the visit take?
Most visits take around 45–60 minutes, allowing time for hello, sedation, goodbyes and after-care arrangements. There is no rush.
Can children or other pets be present?
Yes, if you feel it’s appropriate. We can guide you on how to gently prepare children and other pets for the goodbye.
